Returns of most decals is not necessary. If you have an issue with your product, simply Contact Me with a description and, if requested, an image of the defect. If you received the wrong product, please provide your order number along with a description of the items you RECEIVED, and I will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
You should expect to receive your replacement or refund within three weeks of your request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for me to review and process the issue, the time to ship a replacement, and/or the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you have any issues with an item, please Contact Me with your order number and details about the product. I will respond quickly with instructions and information to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
Most of the decals ship free within the Continental United States. Additional shipping rates apply when shipping to any address outside of the US.
After placing an order, processing times may vary from 1 day up to 5 business days depending on order volume. In most cases, I try to have the order processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please also note that the inernational shipping rates are calculated by size and weight.
